He refuses to take the jacket back. This is the whole story: I received the jacket I ordered. I wore it for one day. I ripped in several places because of poor stitching and thin and weak polyurethane material. I requested an exchange for another jacket from the vendor. I thought it was a defective unit. He agreed and collected the first jacket and sent me another one. Again, I wore the second jacket for one day and to my surprise, it ripped in several places again. The same spots, along the seems, around the patches. I requested refund by email. He ignored me. I had my Korean colleague call him and email him in Korean asking for a refund. He has refused. His reason for refusing the refund is because he said I wore it and he cannot issue a refund on a worn item. This is ridiculous. I wore the jacket for one day and it ripped. I asked the vendor: "If you purchased a jacket from a store and wore it for one day and it ripped in several places, would you expect a full refund?". The jacket is complete garbage that cost me 115 000 WON. The jacket is not even worth 1000 WON. These jackets should be pulled off the shelf and he should not be selling them. I am a regular customer on GMarket and will continue doing business with you if you help me out. I will return the jacket if he agrees to give me a full refund.
